This is not my character! He belongs to the talented 
A couple forevers ago, I decided I was gonna do fanart for the legendary trio: Vap, Floppy and Charmy. However, my overall laziness and forgetfulness caused me to forget about Charmy's piece after I finished Vaps and Floppy's. But now I've come back and finally finished it! I really like how Charmy came out too. Even though the shading job only took about two hours, it came out suprisingly well. I like what came out and I can only hope that Charmy likes it too.
